I 25F guess the question is more how do you stay motivated to keep healthy? Because I know people do it, but I'm so bad at this. I hate working more than anything, but I'm trying to improve my personal life and confidence. I'm so mentally exhausted after my (sedentary) job, that all I do is lay there and watch TV, and cuddle with my cat. I try to cook decent meals for myself but can't say I've been great at that – especially as my exhaustion has been hitting harder in darkness / cold, I usually just make the easiest thing possible.
My coworkers all go to the gym before / after work and I don't get it. Am I just fucking weak? I do struggle with my mental health and have depressive episodes, but so many people do, so I just need to know how I get by. I've put on 20 pounds in the past two years and I feel so terrible.
How do you guys manage?
