How stupid are your coworkers?

You ever work with some stupid coworkers. These racist assholes, real negative people. Im just chilling listening to ice cube, bob marley heavy metal etc, some dirty jokes, in my tupac shirt. They wanna ruin your fun, even when you get your job done early. How do you guys deal with these people?
