been working in food service for two years now and im beyond tired of it. i thought i had found a decent job (as 'decent' as food service can be..) but in the 6 months ive been there, everyone has made it clear they don't give a shit about you. they only care if you're able to work. tried to get time off bc i feel so bad but bc they don't hire enough people i get denied.
i need to get the hell out. ive applied to a billion desk jobs on indeed and have yet to hear from any – how the hell do i get their attention? i don't stand a chance against people with more professional job histories but it's not like i can gain experience trapped in food service hell
