EDIT: “delta” in the title was supposed to say Depts **
Basically I got a new role in a new dept with the same company and due to his lack of planning and preparation he’s making me stay to “accommodate business needs” for another month. We have another person who does what I do but he calls out at least once a week, yet makes more than I do and gets more praise than I do. I’m tired of it and that’s why I’m leaving the dept, as well as my manager not knowing how to be a true leader (he talks badly about other techs, he dug into me about calling out 3 times since the beginning of this yr, and he calls me freaking out over stuff that isn’t happening until the next week).
Basically, I just wanna know how to make this man’s life harder or if there’s a way out of dealing with a 4 week waiting period.
