How to cope with toxic in laws and boss who joins lies & gossip?

I'm working at a family-company atm where there is a big shift of leadership since we moved to a new building. The original boss is getting outbossed by his daughters in law. They are VERY toxic women. They are certain they never do anything wrong. When the original boss does something wrong they straight up bite his nose off and in a way even laugh with him. The sons, who they married, are afraid to say anything to their wives, they can literally do anything they want. Since then: nothing 'extra' for the workers (not even the pitty pizza party, buying fries for them when they join a lesson on an unpaid satueday is too much for them), even getting new workpants is something 'they have to review'. They complained that we need to stop drinking beer here after our hours. (I'm speaking of 2 beers). Now what gets me…

They complained that we need to stop drinking beer here after our hours. (I'm speaking of 2 beers).

Now what gets me in a huge dip: I was sick for 5 days and wasn't around. During those sickdays they have been gossiping and spreading lies about me, even my boss (one of the sons, with his toxic wife) joins in..
They were jealous from the start that I am very popular among workforces and just vibe well with them. Now they even gossip that I am having an affair with one… (I am a pregnant, happily married woman)

How to cope with all this bullship…
