Been at my job for a couple months now, and I get the Sunday scaries because of my micromanaging boss. They are a nice person, but in everything I do, they find something “wrong”, no matter how small. From nitpicking language in emails to constantly calling me if I did this or that. He even said I have to learn how to read his mind lol (yes, really). My last manager was super chill, and I perform well under management that gives me space. Don’t know if I’m just a wuss or if anyone else has similar experiences they want to share, as well as how to deal with bosses like these.
