How to fight against wage theft in Arizona?

Perhaps this isn't the place to ask, but I thought that r/antiwork would at the very least appreciate the situation that my coworkers and I are in. To put things simply, company expects us to complete tasks that take >15 minutes within 15 minutes. If we have don't finish all of the tasks or stay past the 15 minutes there is the implicit threat that it would be considered a “performance issue.” Our site manager has stated that she has no problem with us staying past the 15 minutes, but every time we have to provide an explanation of extenuating circumstances for why we had to stay late. As a result, a lot of us will clock out at the 15 minute mark and finish completing the tasks. Management has stated that if we are having difficulty completing all of the tasks, we can work on our (already short) 15…

Management has stated that if we are having difficulty completing all of the tasks, we can work on our (already short) 15 minute lunch breaks. For the most part, management is not supportive. As a bonus, they just added an additional task for us to complete.

To me, this seems like a classic case of wage theft. Is there anything my coworkers can do in addition to unionizing?
