How to fix work: Companies owe fiduciary to their employees, and…

Companies should owe fiduciary duty to employees. Companies should owe communities they have buildings in, or have work done in, for the Natural Capital of those communities and locations. All total monies, stocks, options, etc. and anything of monetary value paid out to executives, regardless how they name it, must have a cap of “No more than 10x the earnings of the company's lowest paid employee” and this counts temporary employees through temp agencies. When the primary duties of a job are done, workers may go home but still be paid their entire shift wage. There, capitalism is fixed. Work is fixed.
