How to help ex-coworkers, wage theft and safety (WA)

Hello I am asking what I can potentially do for my ex-coworkers experiencing wage theft and safety concerns. I was hired and moved to WA a couple months ago. The first paycheck was 4 days late, the second was 6 days late, my rent went into delinquency and I could have been served notice to vacate. The third paycheck we were promised a bonus as an apology for the last late paycheck, unsurprisingly that didn’t happen. The long term employees said they are almost never paid on time, they are often owed money, bonuses have been lied about many times, etc. The jobs are dangerous and there are huge basic health and safety issues not being addressed, just last week something very dangerous happened.
