Hi guys, GF recently left a very abusive job. Came home in tears most nights.
Employers and managers are bullies and intentionally look for younger/inexperienced people so they can abuse/overwork and indoctrinate them into a cult, recently they bullied/duped/pressured a naiive new mother into quitting so they get out of paying her maternity leave.
How do I go about making sure that more people don’t fall for it?
I am sure from the way it’s being run it won’t be around in a few more years, but any advice on how to accelerate this process would be welcome!
