HR is forcing me to pay for personality tests from a specific website before even hiring me

Long story short, I did go to two interviews with this company (one online, one in person). The online interview was with the head of the department I wanted to work in. She enjoyed my resume and asked me to come to company for an in-person interview. The second interview was with the manager, the department manager and the HR. They agreed to my suggested pay and conditions and gave me a few days to think about it. Later that day, the HR sent me links for some personality and intelligence tests from a website and they are paywalled (around 50 dollars each). When I basically told her I am not paying for their tests, she insisted that only the results of this specific website are acceptable for the company. How should I respond to this? Is this even legal? If that helps, I am well qualified for the job…

If that helps, I am well qualified for the job and the manager and department manager basically agreed to everything I said.
