HR playing Power games. What to do

Hi all. I am currently on leave from work due to an ongoing condition that makes me unable to meet the physical requirements of my job. That’s not the issue, I already have a new job lined up. However, they keep scheduling ‘accommodations’ meetings for me without consulting me about time and date, and just informing me that there is a meeting. The first time was annoying, but I replied that I couldn’t meet that day as I had an appointment, and politely requested that they consult me in the future before setting a meeting date. They asked me about the next date and we confirmed. The meeting was supposed to be tomorrow. I happen to be very I’ll with an infection right now so went to email them that I needed to reschedule again, and found that they had rescheduled the meeting without consulting me, AGAIN. I am currently on leave from work due to an ongoing condition that makes me unable to meet the physical requirements of my job. That’s not the issue, I already have a new job lined up.

However, they keep scheduling ‘accommodations’ meetings for me without consulting me about time and date, and just informing me that there is a meeting. This ended up working out but I’m getting sick of their bullshit (this is just one more thing in a list of bullshit since the put me on leave cuz people had concerns about my ‘performance’ due to my disability).

I am sure they are doing this so I have trouble getting a union rep at the meeting.

I really wish I could get them on SOMETHING, but I’m in Cali a ‘right to work’ state.

I have all their emails to me backed up to my personal email.

Is there anyway I can fuck HR over on my way out? My leave is up next month.
