I am cnc operator in a steel factory where i cut steel plates to customers order. Every shift we have to reach a certain number of cut plates. And today i heard that they are raising this number while i can barely reach the current one. I hate this stupid factory and my stupid bosses. I want to quit so badly and go back to school to then maybe get a nice job but i am afraid to quit because i have car payments for another 3 years to make. End of rant.
