I am absolutely miserable at my job, and want to quit: But I’d have to pay to do that.

I moved to another state about 4 months ago, and had a job offer in the same industry I’ve been in (and have been happy in) for the last 3 years. The boss at my job now is by far one of the most toxic, greedy and tyrannical people I’ve ever worked for. I should’ve seen the red flags upon taking the job, but being in a new state I just wanted to start working. My workplace is a revolving door of employees, and people are constantly quitting. She makes everyone she hires sign a document saying that they’ll pay her $350 if we leave on our own regard. I can’t stay here, I’m miserable every day. She’s ruined my passion for the industry I’ve been in for 3 years, and she’s ruining my happiness of living in another state. I rarely get off days, she doesn’t provide breaks or…

I never thought I’d say this, but I can’t afford to quit. What should I do?
