Not sure this is the right place for this but I need help from people who have been on this situation. I have been working at Wendy's for well over three years and management treats me like a piece of garbage they scraped off the bottom of their shoe. I offer my time and effort and ask for more hours, especially when there's an inspection by the health department but they just either dodge me or lie to me.
What infuriates me even more is I am seeing people who have been there less than half a year get at least twice as many hours as I do and are getting better incentives.
The only thing is I have no job lined up because I have no job skills outside of fast food (I was a total fuck up in my twenties) and it Will be even more difficult because of my weight (400 lbs. +), Which I am trying to lose. What do you recommend?
