I'm typing on my phone while on break .
This morning I had a shift at 6:00 but I couldn't find my car keys and time-card. I fortunately found the keys and said srew the card.
I arrived late, at 6:15. I couldn't find my line manager so I went straight to the lady that tracks our time to tell her about the situation.
Lady wasn't there but factory manager was. He told me she is out for the rest of the week.
So I told him about the situation that I'm in and he told me to tell her on Monday.
This confused me as he has access to all data in the factory from materials arrival time to employes payrolls and time excel sheet.
So rn I feel like going home. I don't want to work if my time isn't tracked…
Important note: I'm working on milion dollar machine that I need to log in when my shift starts. But my line manager loged in before me (because the CEO is mad when they are not ON at 6:00 sharp) and I discovered that at 7:30. That's an hour of work that I might not be paid.
