We are going through a major re-organisation in the company that was announced beginning of April and we were supposed to know if we will keep our jobs in June. Needless to say they grossly underestimated how much time they would need and it's almost November and we still don't have any news about jobs.
In the meanwhile, my manager keeps dangling the let's-all-show- up-with-our-A- game-so-we-get-picked carrot and I'm soooo over it.
At this point, I'm just doing bare minimum and seeing as well that others are doing the same. No one believes any deadlines anymore- they've moved atleast 5 times. I'm so over this non-sense!!
