I don’t know if this is legal

it reads (from my franchise manager) “I am considering a $0.05 per hour wage decrease for the closing lead, AGM, or GM each and every time there is a missed clock out or a shift over 5 hours without an unpaid 30 min break. This could add up over time. I prefer to not resort to draconian measures such as this, but I am at my wits end. I should not have to enter clock out times – ever. But the closers are not checking, the GMs are not checking, and the Market Management staff is not checking.” HAHAHAHAHAHAH
