I feel like a tool, what should I do?

So I(26F) work alone with the shop manager(45M) in a phone shop. I've been working there for a little over a year there and since the beginning things were bad. I took a 24 hour contract but my boss been giving me shifts from 6(42h) to sometimes 7(50h) days a week. It's been too much for me became I was diagnosed with PTSD and been having treatments and couldn't work for 4 years. I was very happy getting the job, thinking I could slowly roll back in the society. A half year ago I ended up with a burnout and had to call in sick a lot because the job got too much. I was very happy getting the job, thinking I could slowly roll back in the society. A half year ago I ended up with a burnout and had to call in sick a lot because the job got too much. It took a really long time for my boss to give me 32 hours.

All this time he promised us more staff so we could both rest but no. My manager been grumpy towards me and the customers.

And the other thing is that the town were the shop is, the people are very religious and from the old times. Some don't want to get helped by me because I'm a woman, in their eyes a woman doesn't know much about computers and phones and tell me they rather get helped by the man, sometimes the manager bursts out at them, telling them they will get helped by me.

My boss last week told me he wants to give me a 40 euro raise on the monthly salary and promised me that soon new staff will come. The job itself is fun, I like helping customers with their phone related problems and I find phones very interesting.

TLDR
I feel tired, treated like a dog and discriminated sometimes by the customers. I am considering leaving the job, it's very difficult for me to find new job because of me being jobless for 4 years and diagnosed with PTSD, but am treated now.

What would you do in my shoes? I am sorry if the post is too long, I'm new here.
