Just like the title states, I worked at a Ford dealer in the PA Jersey area as a part time hourly technician while i go through school. I got fired for “not turning hours” despite being hired on to be an assistant to the shop foreman. Flat rate be damned. The people there are the most disgusting individuals I've ever met in my life, they're racist, narcissistic, and just plain old slobs. I've seen literal fires get started ON THE SHOP FLOOR because people were bored, lifts falling apart, people playing porn over the loud speaker, creating problems with customer vehicles so they can upsell unneeded services. The place is a shot show that I got stuck because I couldn't go anywhere else due to how our schooling is structured. Goodbye and good riddance.
