On my first day they told me I could do 9 – 5 as long as the job was done. I was doing 8 – 7, but apparently it wasn't enough.
Theu told me I had to do way more hours than my colleagues to justify having a better salary. I thought having more experience was enough.
They admitted they expected someone who would be constantly on the phone getting new clients. I'm a freaking engineer.
The worst in this I think : I'm the 3rd or 4th taking this job and leaving within the month. The others all quitted, I guess it's a win on my part to be the only one getting unemployment money.
