To preface, I am a hazmat certified warehouse laborer. They rated me a 4.6 out of 5 on their little scoring sheet. Every topic for performance was marked either excellent or satisfactory. They told me I'm doing a really good job and my numbers are fantastic. I go above my quota a lot of the time because I work so quickly. I get my hands on as many smaller orders as possible. Even though I'm doing more than the required quota and there is little I can actually improve on, they want me to do more larger orders because I'm not making them enough money. I am supposed to process 12 orders a day and I usually do anywhere between 13-16. I am thinking about taking a malicious compliance route. Picking small orders worth thousands of dollars and picking bigger orders worth less than a grand and taking my time on them so that I get exactly 12 orders a day. This is where hard work gets ya, folks. But hey, I got a .75 raise….insert side eye here
