I had to leave a new job early due to my disability (fibromyalgia) and i just found out that since I didn’t give two weeks, they docked my paycheck to $7.25h. I signed a contract that allowed this—do I have any recourse?

This is in the state of TX working remotely for I think a PA company. Note that my fibromyalgia has been documented by doctors for years, but has never been registered as a federal or state disability. To make matters worse, I gave my employers notice weeks in advance that I was struggling with the physical demands and might not be able to continue. They encouraged me to stay and said they really wanted me and would try to reduce strain, which they couldn't.
