sorry for my bad english not my first language, i'm currently working as customer service on a call center company outside US. basically a BPO company. there are several BPO company in my city, but one i currently on made me realize how greedy this company is, first my salary – when converted is only $1.67 per hour, it's like sweatshop labor but a little more sophisticated. Second is other company offers a lot of perks but the company only has an annual raffle which i think is ridiculous. lastly is the annual increase of $12 added for a whole month salary.
the only thing that keeps me working on this company is that they still offer work at home set up which helps a lot as a student. corporate greed as it's finest
