Got called by the ceo of my job over issues I’ve been experiencing at my job concerning harassment, wage/time theft and discrimination. Got gaslit, lied to, threatened, talked over, brought up other non relevant things, and lastly he tried to pretty much force me to agree there is no more issues and how he claims it it is “all in my head”. Wow ok🥴. Screw these out of touch with reality people n these weak broke ass companies. Fuck getting discriminated bc I’m not of a certain race or speak YALL language. Mind you we are an extremely small location it’s only me, manager, and another employee. There’s no legit ot work here. We don’t receive trucks daily it’s like once or twice every other month. But I’m never invited to work ot ever even when we spent 3 weeks moving to another location. They left me out of a work meeting bc no one could “translate English” and that was months ago and whenever I bring that up it always oh they’re busy or sum other lie. The other employee has been doing lil harassing things like using the only women bathroom when there 2 other functioning ones, drawing on my chair, rearranging my desk work area, staring at me ect while also getting to live rent free here and work 7 am to 6pm while I’m treated like a salaried individual being paid hourly starving to death on the verge of homelessness and a car repo.m. I’ve been here the longest going on 3 years and this is what i get. It really started when my manager that hired me (also was dealing with the same issues as me) quite and they hired this man who speaks and knows very little english. I know Ive been applying to jobs for some time it’s hard when they also play games too n lie. I’m just gone continue to come to work and do the very bare minimum and not speak untill I can find better. Shit really bothers my anxiety and has been affecting me. Raggedy.
