I hate my job and can’t wait to quit

So I had to call in to work on Sunday after being exposed to COVID (by my coworkers) and having a fever of 99.5 Fahrenheit as well as a sore throat and throwing up. Tried getting my coworkers to cover for me and both said no. I received a message from my manager after calling in 8 hours before my work time that said she’s taking my hours on Sunday because I call out “every other week”. Our rule says you have to call out before 2 hours I called out 8 hours before. I work very closely with mainly elderly people so I did not want to get anyone sick. I have proof of all the days I was in as we have been having to take pictures of our sheets at the end of the night as well as I take Lyfts to work so I have those…

I have proof of all the days I was in as we have been having to take pictures of our sheets at the end of the night as well as I take Lyfts to work so I have those receipts. I even have evidence of me working more than my manager . I have taken 2 sick days in the last 4 months. Once for the hospital and the other one on Sunday. The other times she’s claiming I called out were 4 months ago and I told her “I will work Sundays again but I already have stuff on one day in April and one day in May”. I even have proof of telling her about those so it just feels so absurd to me.

I explain to her that the last time I had called out was a month prior and I let her know an entire day in advance because I was in the hospital and they told me to absolutely not go into work. Keep in mind Covid has been spreading through my work place and I was the 4th person to get sick. I ended up testing negative but I still was sick for 4 days. Ended up hitting 102 later on that day too.

I have been working at this place for 2 years and have had to stop working with this manager multiple times before because she has 0 impulse control and is incredibly unprofessional. I am also 1 of 4 people she has pulled this on. One had covid and was called unreliable and lazy for not being able to cover someone else’s shift, another was told to “focus on her health” after having many doctor’s appointments she had to leave for (not even leaving early, just not staying late), and the third didn’t get a single warning or explanation just got hours cut. Big yikes imo.

I have multiple interviews to get a new job next week. I have put up with far too much for too long. I really liked my job and the clients I met as the receptionist. But I have never once liked my manager or over half of my coworkers because they have always been mad that I can’t work 24/7. I go to the bathroom at work and they’re knocking on the door. I don’t get to take my breaks that get taken out of my paycheck because they will search for me and force me to the front. I have a few health issues that cause me to get dizzy and vomit and there are multiple times that they have told me to get over it and come help them. Craziest part is we have 2 managers and all the hairstylists prefer this one while receptionists are begging to stop being treated like crap.
