so about three months back a recruiter from a large firm reached out to be saying that I'd be a great fit for one of their position. I looked it over and was puzzled because It was outside of what I generally do for a living(I am in the legal world and this job is more or less in fiance) but I am intrigued and send my resume. I don't hear back for over two weeks and follow up with the recruiter and nothing. I dismiss it thinking they were wasting my time and move on.
So about two months passes and they reached out again saying that they reviewed my resume and want to schedule an interview. I give them my availability and they set a date and when they send me their follow up email with the zoom link it reads the following:
Time: 12:30-1:00
Time: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
[1st] interviewer name]
[position within company]
[2nd interviewer name]
[position within company]
[Position Name]
Time: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
[3rd Interviewer name]
[position within company]
[4th Interviewer name]
[position within company]
Time: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
[5th Interviewer name]
[position within company]
My question is does anyone have advise on these type of interviews before is it common? I am just confused and I have about a week and a half to prepare and I'm not too worried but the back to back interview style threw me for a loop.
