I work for a small company. A few days back I pulled my shoulder carrying something at work and it messed with my arm mobility for around 3 days. I reported the accident to my employer the day after, they’ve told me they have workers compensation, and that they were going to give me what I needed in order to make a claim. I waited for them the next day, they ended up telling me they have a specific doctor that takes their insurance and that they would, also, send that to me later. I didn’t get to file anything. I have already messaged twice about it and they haven’t gotten back to me. This has never happened to me before, what should I do? I just want to get my arm checked just to see if it’s actually healing well.
