I am so incredibly upset and have no idea what to do. Just a few hours ago I found out that my old employer reached out to my new one to tell them that I wasn’t a good employee for them and didn’t think I’d be good for my new employer either.
I am disabled (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and I’m struggling enough as is. I don’t even have enough money to afford my meds or rent or utilities and now my previous employer cuts off my current source of income without warning. I hate everything about how this fucked up country works. You barely make enough money at your job and they can just fire you with no warning, leaving you with literally nothing
