I love my job but the pay is shit

So I work at a mechanic parts shop as a delivery driver and I honestly love my job. Driving around is one of my favourite pass times outside of work and compared to my previous job as a fast food worker, it’s easy. The only thing that would make my job even better is if they didn’t pay me minimum wage. I had asked another fellow employee who’s been with the company for 6 years how much she makes as I was told that there was fair wage increases every year and I found out she only makes $1 more than me (Minimum wage in BC is 15.20 an hour) The medical benefits are fantastic, there’s company incentives like gym memberships, therapy, fishing contests, money prizes but the pay isn’t enough. I could never afford to live on my own with my dog at this job and my only saving…
