I dont have a problem with the company or my boss. My boss is amazing, but the people from my department are a bunch of hateful, horrible, bullies that I legit fear could try to get revenge.
I wrote my letter of resignation, explaining how horrible and toxic the work environment is and how it's affecting my mental and physical health and I just can't be there anymore.
I also made a training package, because nobody else knows how to do my job (my boss actually didnt care to give me a backup) I'll just give it to him. I'm not going to train anybody. My boss had 4 years to give me a backup but I guess he thinks my job is not worth it enough to train someone else or he thinks I'll stay there forever. I want them to figure it out themselves and fight each other for the duties (they all are really beffies and get along to gossip, I want to see them try to sort it out with each other).
only thing… I dont know if I should quit on the spot or give my 2 weeks. I would also like to leave in good terms for future jobs….
I'm lost and not sure what to do
