I need help on my last ditch effort to unionize my team before things get worse. Please help.

To keep it simple, I’m a sales manager and I run a team of sales reps. They are great people who genuinely try their best for me every day they come to work. However, the company we work for has consistently raised expectations, lowered pay, and just genuinely fucked the managers and reps over every chance they get. Through social engineering I was able to get contact info for every single sales rep in my district. I’ll never meet these people so I can’t have this conversation with them in person. I need help with composing a text message to send to every sales rep in my district to help them understand the benefits of a union & how it will benefit them. I want to leave the door open for them to contact me if they’re interested. I have a pro-union pamphlet that I’m able to attach along with…

I understand this isn’t the ideal way to do this but things at this company are getting worse and this is my last ditch effort before things really go south. My time here is limited but I don’t want them to get fucked over too.
