My work has done it now. I called in sick today. And now I'm the first person in the entire place the entire time I've been there to be required to bring a Dr's note before I can go back to work.
My boss couldn't even tell me herself she has a team member tell me through a social media messaging app.
I was totally prepared to show up to my shift tomorrow. But now I'm totally prepared to go to my clinics walk in hours, shoot my Dr straight, and walk in 2 hours before my shift starts tomorrow with a Dr's note excusing me from both today's shift and the shift that will begin in 2 hours.
