I have no evidence except I'm the newest person in a position that has a high turnover rate apparently. In the last year 2 or 3 ppl have held my position and left or were fired. It's a small company maybe 20 ppl and most of them are related somehow.
Ill also admit I was on indeed looking at pet sitting jobs the other day (part time) and I think the bosses daughter saw me. And today I heard the boss saying something like “she spends too much time on her phone.” For the record, everyone is on their phones all the time.
But tbh I've been there like 4months and I'm already burnt out from the commute, the 40hr work week, the office politics, answering phones and dealing with dumb shit that really doesn't matter.
I want to start my own pet sitting business anyway and I wasn't gonna be here longer than a year.
Fire away boss man
Edit: btw I know I'm a hard worker and I usually leave last out of all my coworkers. I do what I'm told, I ask questions and I always admit to my mistakes and fix them. It's a job in the medical field so mistakes are bound to happen and even my coworkers still make mistakes after 2+ years. The other day my boss asked ME how to do something and I've only been there 4months, while she's the bosses daughter!
