So I am working at a face paced restaurant atm, which I don't like, and I haven't told my manager im quitting. I am working tomorrow but I dont want to work on Monday and after that. There is a WhatsApp group chat, so I know that I will get asked why I didn't show up, but i don't know how to bluntly get told that i quit. The people I am working with aren't horrible, although I do find the environment somewhat unbearable a lot of the times. However I was so nervous to say I'm quitting due to the backlash. Should I message my manager on the Monday morning that I've quit ? Not sure what I should do? Thank you
Also restaurant work is not a job i plan to work in so idc about references. I also have new work lined up for Monday.
