I probably just got fired for not submitting an ADA form

So a little context: I'm from California and recently had gender-affirming surgery I have been on leave for over my allotted leave of absence time because the “benefits” team said that I am required to submit a form signed by my doctor stating I have a disability ( being trans is apparently a disability???) and I already gave the paper and two doctors notes saying it is medically necessary I learned its not legal for them to do that, and have told them it's not but they have been ghosting me. Note that they gave a girl a promotion after her taking a DENIED leave for almost 2 months just so she can visit Mexico, but for some reason, they're “quiet firing” me for taking an initially approved medical leave thats considered medically necessary in my state. HR and Benefits team wont answer my calls, I fuckin hate that place…
