Boss didn't train me and left me on my own after 3 days I started and scolded me for not knowimg anything.
Boss is not accountable that it was her fault I didn't know anything because I wasn't trained. She threatened to fire me when my mistake was because I didn't know nor even is familiar yet with an app. An that I have attention to detail issue. I don't even know how the app even works because I just started.
Lots of gossiping and talking bad about anyone. To the point the manager texted my partner that she has issues with me.
Boss yelled at me and personalizes work issues.
Manager leaves 3 pages chore list and scolding employees on Slack like it's her diary. If we didn't read them, she scolds us. We have to read them unpaid.
Manager is passive aggressive, unempathetic and verbally abusive.
Not nice to newbies unless they are extroverted or white. Ironically, this owner is Asian but hates her own race unless it's convenient and puts attention to her business.
She said it herself, the ideal employee for the job is a retired person.
Ever since other business better than this opened, the small business started becoming dead, literally almost no customers.
I'm glad I left or my sanity will be more at risk.
