Hi everyone, I work at my current company as a software developer/team lead but I have decided to quit and start my own.(a big reason is my boss) I was a key person in this company. I have a very good relationship with many of the clients and colleagues that I have worked with.
Now my boss was saying to this other person that if I were to take any of his clients(they have already reached out to me and are happy to continue work with me but i said no because my boss thinks its not ethical) or any of the employees(many employees would be ready to join if i were to open my own business tomorrow) with me, that a lot of accidents happen on the roads daily.
I don’t know how to process this. I am just keeping calm at the moment and not let my emotions take over me.
Any advice will be much appreciated.
