I have a degree in accounting, but have been working in bank operations for most of my working time.
I’ve been applying and putting my resume in for jobs in the area I’m relocating to but I’ve been getting declined left and right due to lack of experience, and these are more entry level accounting/audit jobs.
I know everything. I know how everything works. I know how to use quickbooks. I’m great using excel. Can do financial statements. I can do all of these. Its honestly just data entry. I just have not officially worked for a business in accounting. I can’t get experience if no one will hire me.
At this point, I’m tired of trying to explain to the few who’ve taken the time to actually talk to me. I think I’m just gonna lie.
