I revived a job offer for a casino on tribal land, do they have to abide by federal laws?

From searching on Google it says that they’re still required to abide by federal law, but I just wanted to double check. Any links would be appreciated just so that I can have them on hand. From what I’ve read they can be exempt from state law, which means that they don’t have to abide by labor laws if I’m understanding correctly? I’m broke as hell and pretty desperate so I can’t be too picky, but I’ve reached a point in life where I will do exactly as the job description says, nothing more and nothing less. If they want me to do more then they pay me more. I’ll never go above and beyond for a company because they won’t do the same for me, and it’s been shown time and time again. So at this point I want to know every right that I have as an employee…
