I'll be really short with this. I joined this company as a fresher expecting to learn something new everyday but all I'm being is micromanaged and tortured everyday. My manager and i have keep having frequent fights and there's another person who's working on the same team who gives me updates on what my manager is upto everyday. (We sit at different locations)
Today (Saturday's we're off) she set up a meeting for both of us and bombarded us for changing a format on the Excel sheet. Next thing she asked me to drop from the meeting where she told my colleague she is finding a replacement for me.
I have already spoken to the head about there was no solution for any of my problems.
The job market is bad and i only have an year of experience from my current organisation so moving jobs doesn't look easy for me right now.
Please let me know what can be done in this scene.
