They are irritated when you take sick days, yet will scream at you for coming in sick. They consider it lazy to take entitled annual leave days regardless of how much notice you give. They treat you like shit yet are terrified of losing you to go elsewhere. I just cannot wrap my head around it. Do they not notice their delusional and contradicting attitude towards employees?
