So my boss and the supervisor I report to just quit within a month of each other. The head of HR is being considered the temporary replacement for them (while also being unclear about a lot of pay issues with myself and coworkers so huge red flag). It doesn’t help I’ve also moved recently and the commute is dreadful. I’ve been thinking of leaving for a while now but it seems like it’s the only choice right?
