I keep being told that my patients are complaining about me. I have literally stopped saying anything other than what I'm doing (EKG), or just casual formalities. I'm a colorful person, so I wear colorful scrubs and shoes. I don't want to stop doing that just so patients will stop being assholes. My manager doesn't believe me when I say I'm literally not talking to the patients about anything. What do?
