Now I hate it , its more so the company than the job. At current point I'll refuse to pick up extra shifts , Stay extra hours even when giving incentives. I count the mins until I get to leave as soon as i clock in.
A month prior to this I was always staying late , picking up extra hours pulling triple shifts going the extra 2 miles! Working 90hr weeks and than I found out the truth the hard work that I'm putting in working to achieve promotions down the line will never happen due to Mngrs I have around me. Basically I'm black balled cause I called one of them out.
I'll take UE b4 I go willingly and just stay on auto pilot mode.
