I wanna quit but I don’t know where to go

Legit it’s always like this no scheduling, barely anyone shows up I’m always working the most hrs. I get no breaks 6hrs!!! Working 6 days out the week and when I tried to quit they beggg me to come back I fucking can’t anymore I just want leave
