This year I’ve requested 18 days off and only 2 have been approved. I have around 200 hours of annual leave left to take by the end of January.
Whenever I request holidays and they get rejected my manager tells me it’s because we’re short staffed.
Yet she has already had a whole month in July off and she’s also having all of January off.
I’m so tired of this bullshit.
I work 12 hours a night and am never sick and she won’t give me my legally allowed time off.
I hate the English private care sector.
Just wish I could afford to quit.
