I was a yesman before learning I was the lowest paid person in my department. Today I was asked to come in on my off day. I have no regrets not replying and going about my day off as planned.

Regarding the lower pay, I do really enjoy my job so I’ve decided to stay doing work I actually enjoy that doesn’t kill me mentally. With that said, after learning about my pay I very quickly stopped being a yes man.
