It asked for psychiatric illnesses, if I'd ever left a job due to psychiatric illnesses, and what medications I take. I'm schizophrenic and am on several meds to help me. I left a lot of it blank so that I'm omitting the truth rather than outright lying. But is it really any of their damned business? It's for a dietary aide at a nursing home.
