a couple weeks ago i posted about my boss tone policing me. well ive watched it since then. and it wasnt enough i guess. because i was told today that not only did i make her family uncomfortable i made coworkers uncomfortable too. which i talk to all of my coworkers outside of work pretty regularly except her cousin. she fired me. well she didnt fire me she told me shes no longer scheduling me. one hour before my shift was over, the day before the new schedule started. she held up the whole schedule to fire me. if thats not enough my boyfriend works there too and she decided it was the time to tell me that shed really like HIM to stay.
